After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

Love!I love my new chairs and mainly, that the slipcovers can be changed! They arrived in a timely manner, in great condition. The seat part is very cushy and they are comfortable. I ordered the castors and on a wood floor they roll VERY easily!! Now considering a rug! The ONLY thing I was disappointed in was the monogram was a lot smaller than I had anticipated, and I chose the wrong color based on the description given. There was a challenge putting on the covers, once I ironed out the wrinkles, I had to get my husband to pull them on for me, it was a bit tough! Overall, very pleased with the chairs and will be buying additional slipcovers, hopefully Ballard will make a lot more options available..
