What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Blanc slipcoversI purchased 6 slipcovers in Blanc. I have had them on the chairs for 4 months. They seem to be wearing well. They do not show the dirt as quickly as the Ballard Super White Twill slipcovers do. I have not had them dry cleaned yet so I am waiting to see how they do after being cleaned.

Beautiful French Blue Slip CoversThe French Blue was absolutely beautiful - a perfect light French Blue. The only draw back is that these are a little hard to iron and get the wrinkles out. Once done however, they look gorgeous. The every day linen however is just as good, so if this color had been in the every day linen section I would have purchased that option. Ballard slipcovers in general are wonderful.

Great ProductI have purchased many of these over the years - the fabric looks great and I have found the fit to be a good 'universal' fit for several different brands of parsons chairs. The fabric does require significant ironing or steaming prior to use (and you may find you still have to steam the skirt when you place it on the chair). That's the only drawback - and if you don't mind that, these are perfect.

DisappointedThis was described as a linen fabric, but it is stiff and not at all like a linen weave. I have purchased slipcovers from Ballard Designs in the past and was very satisfied with the quality. This one missed the mark unfortunately.

Pretty, but short and transparentI got these in the mail last week and really want to love them, but will unfortunately have to return them. They are the Blanc color and are such a great alternative to the super white twill. This is my third set of Parsons slipcovers. I have the Gray 10 Oz linen, as well as the spa color. Both of those skim the floor. These are straight out of the bag with a quick press and are already an inch too short. Who knows how much they would shrink up once they are cleaned. I’m also not happy that the corners are almost transparent so you see through them. These may be fine in another color for the Kasler linen option, but blanc is way overpriced to have flaws.

Pretty at first but doesnt wear well.I have gone between custim made chair covers and in stock chair covers. These look and wear just like in stick chair covers from a big box store, but are much more expensive. I realized they would not be as well made as custom, but they are of less quality than I would have thought for Ballard. They are starting to pill after just a few months.
