If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I bought it for a hall runner but because it was woven quite loosely it wouldn't lay flat - ripples along it - you couldn't use it for a runner. Also because it is hand woven it was narrower on one end for about 2 feet - woven too tightly. I don't know what to do with it now really!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty but... Very disappointed. I bought 3 of these rugs, two in black and cream and one in the spa. They are lovely to look at, soft, pretty colors. And that's where it all ends. I should have been wary because online it said spot clean, but for more "stubborn" stains, get professionally cleaned. No true indoor/outdoor rug should ever need to be professionally cleaned. I get these types of rugs because I have long-haired kitty who tosses hairballs. They usually clean up fine. These left a stain. Also rugs are so soft the pad underneath doesn't secure them and they buckle. I can't imagine why these were created as indoor/outdoor rugs. The lighter colored rug is just dirty looking after two months, even without cat's hairballs. Not sure where these rugs would work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a Fan :-( We love Ballard's indoor/outdoor rugs for our house because we have two dogs and a cat. Unfortunately that love does not extend to this rug. While the texture of the rug is very soft, and they are absolutely right that you'd NEVER know this is an indoor/outdoor rug (it actually feels like wool, believe it or not#, that's where the best features end. Aside from the frustration of ordering this in September and not receiving it till mid-January, now we have a rug we don't care much for. Not only does it pull horribly, but it doesn't lay well on the floor even with a pad - highly recommend rug tape for the edges because otherwise it's very slippery. Also, unlike the other indoor/outdoor rugs we've purchased from Ballard this one does not clean up well at all. This is in our little girl's nursery where we spend time on the floor playing with her and despite vacuuming the rug daily the dog hair, etc. just does NOT lift off the rug. Honestly, if we hadn't spent so much on this rug we'd throw it out and buy a new one. If you're looking for a really durable rug that can take wear, look for another indoor/outdoor #highly recommend the chevron rug). We've literally had this rug down for 2 weeks and already have a 1/2 dozen pulls in it. We've had other Ballard indoor/outdoor rugs down for MONTHS with absolutely NO sign of wear. Would definitely not buy this one again.
