What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Best chaise cover ever!Just ordered a replacement cover since my first one, from 3 years ago, got a rip in it. Great cover! Lasted 3 years in full daily sunlight in Southern California. My cushions were never wet even after days of rain. I can't recommend this cover enough!

Excellent qualityWe purchased this identical cover some years ago and used it year round on our wrought iron chaise lounges. The cover held up very well even though it was in direct North Carolina sun year round. Because it gave us such great service, when it finally needed replacing due to fading and a couple of rips, I was not hesitant at all to replace with the same cover. I am certain we will get the same long term service as with our original cover. In addition to the durability, I also like the pretty pattern. It is much better than the standard blah covers you see most other places.

Beautiful and High QualityThe chaise covers I purchased couldn't be nicer or more high quality. The fabric is beautiful and a pretty pattern which is a refreshing change from the drab green covers you see everywhere. Also, the weight is very substantial and because it has an elastic around the bottom, it will not easily blow off in a high wind. I couldn't more highly recommend this product. It has exceeded my expectations.

Cover only lasts 1.5 yearsWarranty expires at 1 year. Cover only lasts 1.5 years and useless at 2 as water will get trapped under the cover and mold your cushions… might as well save your $ and buy new cushions when necessary.

Dry-rotted after 2 yearsI am not sure how long these are supposed to last......but mine have dry-rotted after their 2nd year. I live in Alabama and our winters are extremely mild. I have also purchased the couch covers and they too have struggled. Just really disappointed especially for the expensive price point.

Do not hold up overtimeI bought several of these furniture covers for my back yard furniture 3 years ago. After the first year, covers started to fade, after 2nd year the covers began to rip. This is year 3 and the covers have thinned out and rip almost like paper. Very disappointed in the quality of these given the price point. The covers are loose fitting on the furniture so they should not have ripped. I also clean them before and after they are used. I live in CA so the winters a mild. I would not recommend these covers too expensive and do not hold up over time.
