If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Standard Shipping

Smaller items are shipped via standard ground service. In-stock items will generally arrive in 3-7 business days.

Some bulky or heavy items have an additional $20-$40/item oversized handling fee.

Please note: Items ordered at the same time may not be delivered together. Allow three additional days if your order includes personalized items.

How do you calculate standard shipping charges?

Orders under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value. Orders $200.01+ will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery and additional fee, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day express service. Express orders received by 4 pm EST are shipped the same day.

Expedited Delivery Charges (for orders under 10 lbs.)

For expedited delivery items over 10 lbs., additional charges will be reflected at checkout.

Can I pick up items from your store?

Sure. With Ship to Store delivery, you can purchase qualified items* online and have them sent to your closest retail store to pick-up. We’ll take care of the shipping costs. Click Here to find a store near you.

Truck Delivery

Larger items are delivered via a truck delivery partner and will generally be available for delivery 2-3 weeks after shipping.

Please note: We provide two options for Truck delivery service, Threshold and In-Home. See below for specifics.

All items delivered by Truck Delivery- Threshold will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $20-$40/item. You may upgrade your delivery experience to our In-Home Truck Delivery at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. Threshold Truck Delivery

Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice. If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence. No assembly is included. Packaging removal is available by upgrading to “In-Home” Truck Delivery. Please note: All items delivered by Threshold Truck Delivery will be charged an additional freight delivery fee of $40/item.

Items designated for Truck Delivery may be upgraded to our In-Home Truck Delivery service at your discretion for an additional $35 per item in addition to any other freight delivery fees. See In-Home Truck Delivery below.

In-Home Truck Delivery Recommended

On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery. Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery. With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed. Assembly is not included.

Truck Delivery Scheduling

After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4hour window for your delivery. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, narrow roads, restricted delivery times, gated entrances, proof of insurance requirements, multiple flights of stairs and service elevator restrictions. It's important to ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

What to expect for Delivery

On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Accepting your Delivery

Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely but heavy The leaner mirror is gorgous but heavy! Not listed on the Ballard site, an agent told me it weighs in at 65 lbs - I almost busted a gut trying to get it out from the box and move it on my own. Unless you're a strong man, you will need two people for this. My mirror is lovely but came with a visible 1" crack in the outer beveled frame which catches the light such that your eyes are constantly drawn to it. Since I had already unpacked it and placed it in my home, I could have lived with the crack if Ballard was willing to offer a fair discount. However, they declined and offered free replacement which is fine with me as I was not about to pay full retail $350 for a stunning piece with a visible defect in it. At least return/replacement will not be a hassle as I don't have to take it up/down a flight of stairs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful Mirror I bought the wall mirror for our guest bathroom and it's beautiful. It has hints of gold and silver in it, so it can work with different color schemes. The only thing I would warn about is not to handle it too much, the finish can wear off a little. But, that only happened to ours because we were moving it from room to room in a construction environment. I highly recommend this mirror.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Pretty but....... First of all, this is definitely a substantial mirror and one with great antiquing on the glass portion of the frame. Lately, I've seen a lot of "antiquing" that looks like random polka dotas - this is very well done and looks great. My only issues with the mirror were that 1) the frame is more of a champagne not a true silver. If you are looking for that color - it's beautiful! We have a wall paper in our powder room with some silver and dark silver in it and when we put this mirror against it, it almost looked gold. However, on a plain wall and not near anything with true silver in it, it would be great. 2) the finish was not great and it seemed to not be evenly applied. There was one whole side of the inner portion of the finish where it was a completely different color. You only saw it from the side of the mirror but because the frame was mirrored, it reflected and you noticed it much more. Bottom line, it's a beautiful mirror if you are looking for a champagne color and hopefully the finish is evenly applied. I had to return it but Ballard was very helpful in doing so. I was disappointed though that I called Ballard and specifically asked if it is a true silver and not any gold since a reviewer noted it had hints of gold in it and they assured me it was only silver - they even called the Atlanta store who had it on display to double check. Unfortunately it was more gold!
