What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

The Perfect Desk Top OrganizerI purchased two of the Large Original Home Office Desk Organizers in white. I use one for my office supplies and the other for crafting and sewing supplies. They are fantastic. They would look great in a kitchen or laundry command center. You can store your file folders, Laptop or IPad Or both in the larger book section All of the storage drawers are the depth of the unit. I have provided photos for reference. This could also be a great way to organize electronic items that need a safe place to be stored while they are being recharged and all the additional accessories can be stored in the drawers. I highly recommend product.

Great option for organizing small area.Great purchase! I had a small area coming in from the garage to the kitchen where I had a narrow cabinet. It always looked junky because we opened mail, etc there. I considered buying a small Secretary desk to put there so it wouldn’t look so messy. It would have been over $1,000. So I bought this organizer and the BD wall file folders. It looks great for a lot less money! Makes all look so organized. Very happy!

High Quality and FunctionalWish I had ordered this large Desk Organizer years ago instead of "making do" with little bowls and containers to hold my office supplies. Not only does this Organizer boast numerous compartments to hold everything from paper clips to stamps to staples to calculators, it gives my office space a polished look that makes me happy every time I walk in. Ended the clutterThis organizer held everything I needed and ended the clutter I found on the counter in my kitchen. Instead of using on a desk I keep some essentials in the kitchen and this accomplished what I wanted. It is a little more traditional in styling than I had wanted but matched my cabinets closely and blended well. I ordered the smaller version and was surprised at how much it held. The larger would have been taken up too much space and the extra storage proved unnecessary.

Great findGreat product - arrived on time and was well-packaged to prevent any damage during shipping. Is a substantial organizational piece. Helped to tidy up a touchdown area in our kitchen. Lovely but white is subjectiveI hesitated purchasing the organizer in white for this exact reason and now I see I should have chosen a different color. Compared to the table it sits on, it appears and distinct ivory/cream color. I’m not sure if I’ll keep it or go through the hassle of an exchange. The piece itself is perfect other than that. Order a swatch, be prepared for color discrepancies.

Be aware.We ordered the organizer in each size. They look good, quality is good; but the sizes of drawers and cubicles are VERY POORLY DESIGNED. With little effort they could hold business cards, 3x5 or 4x6 notepads or cards -- but they do not. Nothing really fits.

Poor qualityThe design and utility of this organizer is great. However, as soon as I removed all of the packaging I noticed that the finish on the entire base was cracked and peeling. For the price I would expect Ballard to maintain better quality control. It is very inconvenient to repackage everything for return, and I am not confident that my next product won't have the same material issues.

Poor qualityI was so exited to purchase this organizer to match the desk I purchased from Ballard. The packaging is great but the product is poorly made. The paint is not even and the workmanship is poor. Very disappointing, do not purchase given it's not work what you paid for. It's too bulky to return so will contact customer service to see if they will give me a discount. May have to paint over it.

Poor Quality, Falling Apart after 2 Years - DO NOT BUY!We've purchased a very expensive Home Office set about 2 years ago with 3 desks, multiple cabinets and storage hutches. After 2 years, the furniture is coming apart. Paint is wearing off in multiple places and it's starting to look like junk. These pieces appear to be made with very cheap soft woods that mar easily and paint that will flake off easily.
Avoid this product. For the price, it's extremely poor quality.
