After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Better than custom built-in allowing future reuse.I very impressed with the construction of these units. They look very custom when grouped and set on the bases. The design lets us set up what works for us now, knowing that years later, we can easily reconfigure if needed. Better than custom built ins! Only CON is the white is a creamy white not as white as expected.

Great piece of furniture!I bought this printer cabinet to go with an existing white desk that I have. It matched perfectly! The best thing is that it arrived almost completely assembled, which is a rarity these days. It is a sturdy piece of furniture and the pull out shelf for the printer is awesome. Hardware replacement that really worksWe have several pieces of the Original home office Abbeville Drawers and Open Cabinets in black. We had been wanting to replace the hardware for some time. I was thrilled to see that Ballard Designs finally had replacement hardware. We purchased the Antique Brass Rectangle Pull. Great customer Service, but...Item is perfect, just what I needed. Only complaint was shipping. Original order was made during a sale, I was told it would take about 2 months to get the item....COVID times. I finally received shipping notice then a day or so later I received notice the item had been cancelled a refund issued. When I called customer service I was told shipper probably recieved a damaged package and that was why order was handled that way. Had to reorder and wait and 10 weeks before item finally arrived. Customer Service was excellent and they even gave me a refund so I would get the sale price on the reorder. Appreciated all the effort, frustrated it was so hard to get the item in a timely manner. Unfortunately this item does not appear to be a in stock item.

A perfect piece!This desk is fabulous. It looked a little daunting to assemble as it came in 7 different shipments and not all at the same time. But all the pieces did arrive and were in perfect condition. The instructions to assemble were good. The awkward part was that it was going into the corner of a room filled with moving boxes and there wasn't much room to move around! It is sturdy, good looking and just what we had in mind. Also Paul at Ballards's home design consulted with me and helped me to order all the various parts. He was terrific.

Love the Original Home Office collectionQuality of our three Orig Home Office cabinets is great, and all furniture was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. A few of the drawers “caught” on the screws holding the glide rails, but that was very easily fixed by tightening down the screws. Cabinets fit perfectly under the separate 84” desktop we ordered. The entire unit is very nice looking.

Very happy with purchaseGood quality - file cabinets seem adequately sturdy which was issue with a cabinet I originally ordered from another company and returned. Nice, clean design.
