After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Home Office Hutch and FilesI purchased the hutch and 3 file cabinets to supplement the desk and files I purchased several years ago. It seems well constructed and the delivery service was great. They brought it upstairs for us and were quite helpful. There is a slight difference in color from old to new, but not noticeably.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. Really spices up the home office.I really love the hutch. Was disappointed that I was originally allowed to order the 4-drawer hutch, even though I expressed concern that it was too big for the 4-drawer credenza I ordered at same time (that was designed for a 5-drawer credenza); then had to return that hutch and settle for a 3-drawer hutch which is kind of small for the 4-drawer credenza. Too bad that there is no option to order a 4-drawer hutch designed for a 4-drawer credenza.

love the look and functionality of the products!!I just received the hutch to finish off my home office. I love the look, the functionality of each item. I am happy with the color, and the product is very durable. My hubby is fussy and didn't want a particle board-type furniture, so the desk top, & the different choices of drawers seem top-notch to him, without the high price. I took advantage of the sale that happened to be going on. We decided to order an extra set of drawers to hold our fax/printer/copier, so we definitely needed something sturdy. I would definitely refer a friend to Ballard for these office pieces!

LOVE IT!This entire collection is fabulous. I bought it for it's flexbility and customization, but was thrilled when it arrived in only a few days. The quality is excellent, the wood is solid, the finish is very nice (we got the brown color) and it has nice details. We got the wood top and plinth base and it looks high quality and not pieced together. I'm an interior design who has high expectations and this system delivered.

Love It!!I have been vascilating between several others for the past few years. Finally said I'm buying this and I love It. It was the Perfect choice! It fits perfectly in the room. It's Urban. Not too country or too modern - just perfect. We placed it in a room which is used as a den/office/ guest bedroom. My husband and i are both able to share now. It holds all the storage we need and still looks classy.

Icing on the cakeOrdered the hutch in grey, along with two file cabinets and work surface. Because of limited space in our study, my dear honey mounted the hutch to the wall above the the desk. (Did not want to sacrifice the work space.) Am thrilled with the results, it is just the icing on the cake in a room that I just love! The hutch is a very quality item- would eagerly order more from the home office line- if only I had the room.

Beautiful!I bought the 3 drawer hutch, the corner desk and a 2 credenza and 3 credenza and it is just beautiful. It looks a lot nicer then in the catalog. Everyone that sees it thinks it is outstanding and so do I. I just love it. The nicest thing is you can configure it to you room size.

Hutch is sturdy, built well.I purchased the desk a couple of years ago, then added this hutch last month. Beautiful piece of furniture. Designed well.
Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the whites don't match. Hutch is more of a vanilla. Desk is pure white.

Home office pieceI like the quality but color was a bit on the red side. I thought it would be a darker brown, just a heads up if your trying to match other pieces in the room. But I am very pleased with what it has to offer for my space. Draws could use gliders, you have to pull out carefully or else it jambs.

Nice looking but not strongI bought this a few years ago and the shelves are bowing drastically. The center has no support so if you put anything even slightly heavy it sags. If you’re using it only for displaying brick-a-brick it’s perfect but otherwise not very practical.

Well-built, looks good, but color is VERY different from other pieces in line!This piece sits atop 5 base cabinets. ALL of the pieces off-gassed a great deal for several days. Be aware that you should open windows, use air cleaners, etc - and still, you may have a bad headache. The pieces are well-made and look good - this we like! The hutch arrived later than the cabinets and we were very surprised at the dramatically different color. Tuscan brown??? Which one? We will keep them for their basic good looks and function, but if our home office were more visible to the public, I might have sent something back.
