I used this, in the 82" printer credenza, to house my modem, router, security gateway, bluray player, extension cords for a bunch of smart devices, etc. It worked really well for my setup. Definitely add custom glass to protect the top surface from scruffs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by T in Boston from Beautiful!! Beautiful piece of furniture! I purchased the credenza with optional riser. The riser really does finish the look, in my opinion. Because I have a 3-in-one printer, copier, scanner, I ended up not using the shelf. If your printer loads paper from a bottom tray, you should prop the entire printer on something such as a piece of plywood about 1/2-3/4 inch thick; enough to get the printer above the lip of the sliding drawer so you can load paper easily. Overall, a great design for tidying up an office space!

One thing is that - it does make it harder for me to load paper into the printer because for my printer you load it on the bottom, but I just have to pull out the door and raise up the printer to do it. Next time I purchase a printer, I may look for one that works better with this credenza. Fast ship.

Everything was easy to assemble and they are sturdy, well-made pieces that look great. Needed different hardware to attach the wood desks to the zinc cabinet tops and the customer service people were very helpful and sent me the right hardware.
