If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I love this chandelier SO MUCH that I felt compelled to write another. I purchased the (now discontinued) EXTRA LARGE Orb Chandelier & let me tell you, it does NOT DISAPPOINT!!! This thing is MASSIVE!!! I had it professionally installed but I assembled it myself prior to installation. It's HUGE, but not too heavy. The quality is impeccable and she sure is a "looker"!!! Everyone stops and stares & compliments are still coming. This is one of my favorite purchases! I ordered it for my Christmas/Birthday gift & it was out out stock, due to arrive after the holidays. Imagine my surprise when it shipped within a few days, well ahead of schedule! (Who doesn't love that)?! I wasn't sure about the similar ones with the crystals inside as I was trying to go from formal to more modern & young. THIS definitely fit the bill. the one glass ball at the bottom was all I needed for a bit of POP without been too fussy. They have removed the dimensions but this thing was HUGE. I believe it is 40" diameter. I could barely get it down the hallway. I have 20ft ceilings & it looks Ah-MAY-zing! I definitely recommend this chandelier n AN size. Ballard design is a GREAT resource for innovating designs. I hope this review helps you. I tried to be very detailed, because as an avid online shopper myself, I depend on reviews when making purchases myself. I love Ballard Designs. I always look here first, because they always have the hottest design looks for fair prices.

I'm so glad I went with the "small" because it is anything but. I wish Ballard would label the size of the fixture in their photos so you can really get a sense of the scale.

Reordered the small and it was perfect ! EVERYONE that enters the room comments on how cool it is. Worth every cent.

It draws the eye immediately to it. I suggest putting in a dimmer switch for maximum control over the light level.
