What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

The Perfect PieceIt was time to replace and update my oval cherry wood coffee table. I wanted a lighter less cumbersome look like metal frame, glass top tables. When I came across Ballard Designs' Olivia Cocktail Table I immediately knew my search was over. I love that the top is mirrored and not glass. The legs have subtle details and each side of the table's frame has a criss cross element. The frame has substantial weight without being too heavy. It is several inches smaller overall compared to my previous table but I've had time to live with it and I don't miss the extra surface space. It also forced me to change my table top decor which needed to be refreshed anyway. It arrived quickly and securely packaged.

Perfect petite tableWanted a coffee table that was easy to walk around and didn't overpower the room and this works beautifully. The legs are petite and airy yet still very sturdy. Also like that the mirrored top is lightly antiqued which helps disguise the inevitable fingerprints and smudges on a mirrored table.
