After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

Cute little faux plant brings a smile to your faceThis is a really cute, 4-season faux olive branch sprig. It adds a bit of softness to the corner of my desk, but it is small. That's a good thing if your space is limited, and a not-so-good thing if say you are hoping to have a "statement" piece. I'd look at this as a complimentary item. Mine is nestled behind some small photo frames adding some texture and dimension.

Very cute!I bought two, one for a friend, one for myself. As a housewarming gift I arranged the olive plant, a tangerine candle, thirsty stone coasters, oil and vinegar, and daily devotion books on a vintage wooden tray. She loved her gift! Thanks for the cute product!

Always MeasureI was so excited to find this on sale that I didn't measure. Therefore, when it arrived, I was disappointed in the size. Quality is good, but not better than similar items I have found at my local outlet stores. My sale price was $24 + shipping (for the smaller one), not a bargain by my standards.

Not realistic as displayed onlineAlthough this item is very cute and is the size I expected the quality of the foliage is not as I expected. The underneath of the leaves are nearly white in color which makes it look very fake, as opposed to how it looks online.

Very small, but attractive“Petite” means “very small” with this item. It definitely looks much better paired with other items than alone where it would look totally lost. It is an added touch sitting by a picture or a vase. Not sure the dimensions shared are accurate - it appears much smaller. Keeping it, as I do like it, but was expecting something a bit larger. Would recommend, but only after reiterating that petite does indeed, mean petite.

Much smaller than expectedWhile the quality of the product is very good, it is way too small for any practical use. I would return it if the shipping cost was not so high...half the perice I paid for it. So I stuck it on a shelf (looks ridiculously small) and forgot about it. Buyer beware.

Better finds at discount dollar-type storesSo disappointed! I understand that artificial plants will rarely look perfectly real, but this was awful. There were large globs of hard glue on stems that were poorly arranged (nothing like their photo) but the stems are permanently imbedded in the base and not flexible enough to work with and make look more realistic. Delivery was very slow and item arrived in a small box that was packed inside a huge box with nothing else. I had been so excited to finally be able to purchase something from Ballard Designs, but will never purchase anything from them again and have unsubscribed from their mailing list.

Very misleading measurementsThe base on this is 2 1/4 inches. The leaves would need to be stretched as far as possible to achieve the measurements given. Quality is poor. Mine looks nothing like the representation shown her and in no way is it worth any where near $25! Extremely disappointed.

This olive branch in burlap is maybe 6 inches high ....if you look at the catalog it looks more 12 to 15 inches high ....very disappointed with size ...bought for a specific spot and it looks ridiculous on the shelf.....
