A member of Ballard customer service read it and called me to make it right. They are returning everything, with no shipping charges. I still have to pay about 5% for truck fees, out of the refund, but I'll take it. The customer support person who helped me on the phone couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. I may not like the product, but I definitely loved the customer service!

Rated 5 out of 5 by PammPamm from Navio is awesome! Absolutely so happy with this purchase. We have an area on patio that can only accommodate a curved sectional. This one was perfect. It’s a classic look and then I added a pop of red colored throw pillows. We get so many compliments. We bought the protective covers to use in the winter months. We also bought the coordinating pieces (table, side table, etc). Those pieces are great because the tops come off for storage. Great products.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Louise in Powell from Very Nice for the Price I shopped around for a curved sectional to fit in an area by my pool in my new home. The quality of this seems very good, especially for the price. These are lovely pieces with arm rests (I did add the wedge piece to fit in between the pieces). The seating is comfortable and these "dress up" nicely with pillows of your choice. I purchased the covers at the same time and they too have been great about protecting the wither-like material and cushions. These will have to sit outside for the upcoming mid-west winter, covered, of course with cushions removed; I will be interested to see how they fare by the end of winter. But so far so good and I am thrilled with the look, the comfort and the price. Purchasing this set from Ballard designs was one quarter of the cost of a well known competitor; granted the materials may be of slightly lesser quality, but I will deal with the lower price and look forward to enjoying this set for many years to come.
