Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Morgan Tall Bookcases I ordered two Morgan tall bookcases and one shorter wide one. They went together easily and are sturdy and attractive. Simple classic design that is substantial but not overpowering, they are useful for a variety of books, artifacts and the ever-useful baskets to store things in, in an attractive way.I bought the walnut color, and it blends well with a rosewood desk and an espresso-finished futon that I have set up for a TV watching room. TV is mounted above the low bookcase and it all looks great, very functional,too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect For My Home Office The height and depth of the shelves are perfect for organizing and displaying books, pictures, and momentos. I purchased the mahoganey brown finish and it coordinates perfectly with my desk and brown leather club chairs. I also purchased 2 of the baskets for the lower 2 shelves to hold notebooks and periodicals for the professional learning courses that I teach--the baskets keep the course materials together and provide a neat appearance rather than having them stacked on the shelf. Assembly of the bookshelf was easily accomplished.

I am 67, female and with the tools and instructions included, had my shelves in my study/bedroom filled with books and display in 2 hours. Truly. Love them...order and you will be pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful, functional shelves I bought the Morgan 4-Shelf Tower in Mahogany. It is a rich reddish-brown, just slightly darker than it appears on my computer. It is beautiful and really sets off the decorative items I have displayed on it. I also purchased the basket that fits the shelf perfectly. I keep it on the bottom shelf, and it works well to hide my afghan when I'm not using it. I also bought the matching Morgan end tables with baskets, and the overall look is classically beautiful with a casual, comfortable touch due to the baskets. I highly recommend these Morgan shelves and am pleased with the quality of Ballard products. One note: the shelves and end tables are very easy to put together. However, I found the glue and wooden dowels unnecessary and unwarranted. First of all, the dowels did not fit; they were too small to fill up the space provided for them. Secondly, the bolts and washers provided give more than enough strength to the construction to hold it all together.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Functionality, Stunning Display I needed a media unit in the FR next to the fireplace. The Morgan Tower works perfectly as a multifunctional and attractive shelving unit- great for small spaces. I'm using it with 2 Ballard baskets for media and picture display. The baskets are great for storage and hide all wiring for a neat display so don't fret the lack of drawers. Of course, it marries perfectly with other Morgan furniture in the room but also with the Casa Florentina Caprice side table in distressed yellow and the Newport demilune in dark mahogany. Quick assembly (LOL hubby did it in < 30 minutes).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great, easy to assemble. This book case looks great, is sturdy, very easy to assemble. This particular book case is for my daughter's dorm room and we did not use the wood glue included for the wood pegs ( since the book case will be disassembled in the spring) The assembly took at the most 15 minutes, including laying out the pieces and identifying what is what.
