After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Love our Moravian Star ceiling light!Love this awesome light! We replaced our foyer light with this one. Love the pattern it puts on the ceiling. We used two of the soft white bulbs so it’s not really bright - which we prefer. If you’re a Moravian star fan definitely recommend it!!

Moravian beautyMy wife chose the Moravian Star for our front porch. I installed it in 30/45 minutes, with no issues. There are a couple areas that are a bit tough to reach, but even with man-hands, it worked out fine. As numerous reviews state, it's not super bright. But neither am I. We both love it.

Beautiful, classy, and contemporary!This light packs a punch with it's details. The mercury glass look is beautiful and perfectly hides the lights so they're not too harsh, yet lets plenty of light through. I love all the little bursts/spikes that make this a show stopper! It was easy to install.

I am in LOVE!!!I am in LOVE with this light! I have purchased 2 of them, and I have even designed a ceiling to coordinate with one of the lights for a previously unsightly dropped ceiling in a basement stairway entry. As a licensed Architectural/Interior Designer, I have long employed Ballard Designs products. However, this light is my all time fave!
