Rated 5 out of 5 by LinzH from Wonderfully stylish accent lamp. I ordered two of these lamps for a console table behind my family room couch. They are well made, and exactly as described. They are definitely not going to light up your whole room, but they provide a nice ambiance to the room. Even with the white shades and two lamps on they are more for accent lighting. They do provide great ambient light while we’re watching TV in the evening. Because our couch is floating in the middle of the room, with a kids play area behind it, The petite size is nice because they don’t obstruct my daughter’s view of the TV as much as a larger lamp would. Definitely loving my new lamps!

Rated 3 out of 5 by KatG from nice lamp but shade doesn't stay on I would have given this lamp a 5 star rating, it is very nice and perfect for what I needed it for which was on my bar (small and cozy room recently painted all black). The quality is very good and it was packaged well with no problems in shipping. #1. the light that was suggested(I emailed CS) does not hold the lampshade - if you touch it, the lampshade falls over because the shade does not hold it without either popping off or tilting. and, not sure how to resolve this as the base for the light is not a standard size. #2. the cord is way too long. I have decided to keep it, and will take it to a lighting company for help in resolving both issues. Including shipping charges, the extra charges to have it fixed are crazy.

I had a very hard time finding a bulb that fit this lamp! I wish that BD carried a bulb that I could have ordered. Very disappointing, as I love the lamp.

I was very disappointed that this lamp is adorable and looks perfect in my space, but the clip on the shade does not wrap around the bulb properly and therefore the shade is very flimsy and moves a lot. There is no way to fix this issue.! I would not get this lamp again! It is misrepresented on the website there should be a proper fitting shade.

I also ordered two lampshades that were not delivered. I had to speak with several different customer service reps the shades to be delivered. Not at all the caliber of service and quality I expected from Ballards.
