Other reviewers mentioned the lack of earring space - I purchased some lucite earring trays and plan on hanging them somewhere over the ring space eventually. I wish they had used that space a little better, but I am very happy with the purchase overall.

Ballard Designs made it extremely easy to send back the damaged ones and sent replacements very quickly. It was annoying - but it is to be expected when shipping a mirrored item. I took the advice from other reviews and am using the large ring storage area as earring hooks. I used the small screw in hooks directly into the fabric and they have held perfectly. (8 hooks on every other row was enough for 72 hooks). Very happy overall with this cabinet and customer service.

I took a tip from one of the reviews and used pretty pins to hang my earring. I do agree that there is simply no room made to accommodate earrings - be it studs or dangling. The pins took care of it.
