Rated 4 out of 5 by Woodchuck from Love the design and price. We wanted something that was large enough to hold a lot of wood. One pair of screws did not fully go into the designated holes. That said it holds up nicely and is able to withstand the heavy wood it’s holding.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Sad Julie from DO NOT BUY. CHEAP! Terrible! The bottom was so difficult because none of the holes lined up that I had to force the screws in and they only went in partially. The top holes never did line up so it’s useless. I called customer service and told them and she said to send it back. I can’t disassemble it because the screws are so tight now. (Can’t use a drill because they are hex screws, was only a weak Allen wrench). She told me to get a large box to put it in. I’m not paying any more money to get a large box and the cost to return such a large item. Then she said she can’t help me then. It’s cheap, weak and not even usable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’m so disappointed in Ballard. Their stuff is getting cheaper and cheaper. It was way too much money to not be useable.
