Very happy
We’ve had this rug for a couple weeks and are very happy with it. It looks just like the pictures online and is incredibly soft underfoot. There was no off-gassing or odor when we unwrapped it. I am vacuuming up fibers, but it’s not terrible.
It’s a beautiful rug and I highly recommend it!

Excellent rung
Very high quality rug. Looks beautiful in my entry way. I liked it so much, i bought a second one in a different size. Also my cats leave it alone due to short pile.

Perfect Rug!
The Miller Hand Tufted Rug is the perfect balance of quality, color and style. It's soft smokey blue accented by darker blues and rust give a soothing yet sophisticated vibe. Paired here with the Ballard Designs West Coffee table the room has a soft soothing vibe.

Plush and Soft Rug

Beautiful, classic area rug
This is a beautiful, comfortable rug that adds the perfect finishing touch to our living room. We did have to wait quite a long time for delivery, but it did finally arrive. It is shedding some, but I have found that happens with many rugs at the start. After about a month or two that calms down. It lays flat and the subtle colors are a complement to our gray/blue chair and beige couch.

Great rug!
I bought this rug to use in the foyer if my new home. After reading the reviews I expected the accent color to be a rust color. I feel that the color is more of a mustard/khaki neutral instead of rust. The other colors appear to be exactly as pictured. The quality is great. The rug shipped fast. Ballard is my go-to lately for fast shipping on quality items with great customer service.

Miller Hand Tufted Rug
I am very pleased with the purchase of the Miller Hand Tufted Rug (8' x 10') for my living room. The intensity of the slate blue background changes with the lighting and it contrasts well with my dark hardwood floor. The rug was laying flat within 24 hours of placing it down. There was minimal wool shedding that lasted less than 3 days.

Beautiful, quality rug.
Love this rug! Colors were exactly what I was looking for. Kind of a slate blue and rust/copper which coordinates beautifully with my warm-toned, aged wood floor. Great quality. Only downside was that it was delayed several months but it was worth the wait.

Gorgeous rug - very soft-colors true to online photos and catalog. Looks great with Layla recliner in latte and Willa slipper chairs in a durable Sunbrella fabric. Also- it was packaged beautifully so it arrived in perfect condition

Lovely rug! Love the color and pattern. It is a bit lighter than what it appears in pictures but it looks great. Its pretty thick and soft under your foot. I get a lot of compliments on it

Absolutely Beautiful!
I just received my rug. It is gorgeous and so well made! It is a soft blue/gray. The rug will blend well with other rugs that have more of a dominate pattern. It will also look pretty with Teracotta planters.
So happy I ordered this rug!

Gorgeous runners!
I purchased 4 runners to cover my stairs. I had a flooring company install them. I have had them for about a month. The color is same as in the pics and they do not shed. Very happy with Ballard rugs!

Much lighter color than shown
This is a beautiful rug, However, be aware that it is several shades lighter than shown on- line. On my floor it comes across as a light silvery blue-gray instead of the medium to dark blue-gray I thought it would be based on the photos and the sample I received. (Thus, my taking a star off its rating.) Also, be aware the sample piece, if you order one, gives a good indication of the colors in the rug, but not its overall color.
