Rated 2 out of 5 by Paul F from Sub Par quality Purchased 2 months ago. Standard cushion material is very cheap (better quality at lowes). Has a plastic feel, that stains easily with normal dirt and pollen. Unless this is for a screened-in porch you will need to factor in the cost for upgraded cushions. I also recommend getting the upgraded cushions from a custom cushion company. The replacements for my dining chairs didn't come with the ties like the standard cushion so they are always slipping. Was concerned sofa & club chair cushions would also come without ties (ballard couldn't confirm) so i canceled the remaining cushions and ordered from another vendor. Beautiful looking piece when it arrives but poor quality and poor design. Positive is the Ballard customer service team
