Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Quality After renovating and redecorating 3 houses in the last 4 years, (so a good bit of that happened during the pandemic) I have purchased a TON of furniture online. I've had my share of #fails, but learned from those, have really refined my research tactics (#1 Tip: ALWAYS, get a swatch, if it's available...even if you have to pay for it!) And I have relied heavily on reviews over the years, but I have never once offered a review of my own. Considering how much I've relied on them, based decisions on them, I realized I should probably take the time to submit a few reviews of my own. So I'm starting with this Bermuda collection at Ballard. Almost 2 years ago, I purchased several pieces to furnish a large screened Lanai in Florida (sofa, 2 chairs, 2 chaises, coffee table and the large dining set). I'm going to offer my comments about the entire collection here, but will go to the other individual pieces and make a note to refer folks to this review. Since this chaise only had 1 review that wasn't exactly positive, I'll start with addressing that. That reviewer is correct, you do have to purchase "replacement" cushions if you want anything other than white. And I was initially frustrated by this fact, the thought of white cushions on white furniture seemed stark, but buying so many replacement cushions would price this collection out of my budget range. I loved everything about the collection, but the whole white cushion thing had me doing extensive research looking for other options. In the end, I decided I loved the design and features so much, and I concluded the "all white" palette wasn't so much a negative, as it was an opportunity to bring color in with accent pillows, rugs and umbrellas. Almost 2 years later, I could not be happier with this purchase. The quality of the powder coated frames, is fantastic. Trust me, in Florida (a few hundred yards from the ocean) EVERYTHING METAL.....EVENTUALLY RUSTS....EVERYTHING. I have an egg swing type chair that I bought from another vendor at the same time as this collection...that was supposed to be outdoor rated, "powder coated" etc.....I have to spot spray that thing every couple of months with Rustoleum paint. Meanwhile, this collection....all of it....is still in pristine condition, ZERO....not one rust spot, nearly 2 years after it landed on my humid salty Florida lanai. And no, I don't/haven't covered it with furniture covers. So about those white cushions. Yes....they do indeed get nasty, eventually. But I've come up with a routine that is not too much trouble. I store the ones that are the most exposed, until I want to use them. The ones that are more protected, I clean about every 6 months, with a mildew remover product, use a soft brush on any stubborn spots, followed by a brisk shower with my power washer. I let them air dry in the sun, after that, they are as bright white as the day they arrived. I worried that the (beautiful) tufting on the cushions would come loose from the power washer.....so far, they are perfectly intact, show no signs of loosening. One more comment on the functionality....the drawers under all the seating pieces, was one of my deciding factors to purchase this collection. As it turned out, I haven't really used those for their intended purpose. Once I realized how easy it was to clean the white cushions, it seemed like too much trouble to untie them and store them in those drawers. But, I do use those drawers to store other things, like blankets and board games. But I will add, if you are considering buying the Chaise, with the intention of storing the cushion for it in that drawer........it does not fit well, if at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad business I just ordered the Bermuda collection couch, chairs & ottoman, & 2 chaise loungers. I was shocked to learn I had to buy replacement cushions in order to get the color of my choice. Furniture comes with white cushions but if you prefer any other color you have to buy separately which cost more then the chaise. White on white is not a great look and white is not practical for outdoors! They really get you here! Any time I have purchased any type of furniture I have had a choice of fabric! I can see paying a little more for higher end fabric but this is ridiculous! They should offer basic colors as an option and not make you buy replacement cushions in order to have any color other than white!!!! SHAME!!!!
