Ballard offered no replacement. Instead we were told to go find one ourselves, here is some money. Unacceptable response for many reasons ……

Rated 4 out of 5 by Tab3317 from Good, but could be great without the crunch The chairs are very pretty, look good, and are comfortable. I agree with the previous reviewer that they have an odd, slightly plastic, “crunch” when someone first sits down. Hopefully, this will improve in time. I am keeping them because they look good and will not be utilized unless extra seating is needed. I may be being too harsh with them though—my son, who is picky too, told me the chairs were comfortable and a good purchase.
