What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Love my new rugs!I purchased 2 rugs for my newly remodeled laundry/pantry area off the garage and kitchen and the 2nd for the patio door. I wanted something lite and bright but durable as we come in and out through the garage and let the dog out several times a day. I cannot speak to the durability but so far so good!

Love it, worth the money.I put this on tile in front of a high-traffic sliding door from the kitchen to the yard. Dogs and people are constantly tracking in dirt and leaves. It looks great, debris vacuums or brushes up easily and it is very durable. No edge curling. I've had several larger rugs from Ballard made of the same indoor/outdoor material and know that they can be cleaned by hosing down outside, just in case. Two notes: 1) use a non-slip rug pad and 2) the color is gray but tends toward the blue side of gray.

Great rug.I originally bought this for a bedroom, but when it arrived I put it under the dinning room table and it looked great so there it will stay. It's a practical choice because it's washable, and it looked amazing in the room. Don't let indoor outdoor scare you the design, and quality are great. The new indoor, outdoor is not like years ago, it's very stylish in any room. Also the price is great.

Very Happy with this Purchase - SandVery happy with this purchase! Was torn between gray and sand but after reading though reviews decided on SAND. Perfect taupe color with cream pattern. Subtle but you can clearly see the pattern at the same time. Wouks say it’s a cooler tone of taupe, definitely not beige, which is perfect for our living room.
