After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Problem Solved!I absolutely love these rugs! I bought four of them for my kitchen! My wood floors were taking a beating from splatters and any other rugs with a pile got dirty too fast. Makes your outside look like it’s inside.I purchased several sizes of the black/ivory color for my under cover lanai. (Looks more black/white to me which is what I wanted) Once out of the packaging they roll out and flatten relatively quickly. I did however buy an 8 foot runner that has yet to lay flat, I called customer service and they sent me a new one immediately and it is perfect. This Is the second time I’ve ordered this rug(to add to my collection) It’s a nice quality outdoor rug to make the outside look like inside.

THE BEST INDOOR/OUTDOOR RUG EVERI have purchased many of the Marina in 3 different colors rugs over a period of 10 years. Without a doubt they are the best rugs I have ever found for high traffic areas. These rugs are able to withstand pets, children and anything else you can throw at it. They continue to look wonderful after many years of hard usage. I think that their best feature is how easy they are to clean with a hose. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
