After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

Stood the test of timeI never write reviews but I just had too. We have had these barstools almost 9 years and they are still as nice as the day we bought them. They have held up. We sit on them daily. They have been the staple piece in our kitchen in 2 houses. Moving on to the 3rd house and unfortunately I need one more and I think I might be ready for something different. By far best barstools I’ve ever had. Worth every penny.

Marguerites for the win!The stools are very stylish, sturdy, heavy, and function exactly as we had hoped! I bought the light oak version and expected raw wood that would be sealed but it was actually a stain or paint over the wood. We love the swiveling feature, which is not easy to find in an attractive stool. I looked at these for years and was excited to finally order them! Perfect addition to our heavily used kitchen island.

Fabulous BarstoolsThese are the best barstools. Very comfortable and they swivel nice. The seats are a nice size too. I had three and did a complete kitchen remodel and looked for something else but instead decided to purchase three more because they’re pretty and so comfortable. Bought 'Em AgainI bought 3 of these stools in "distressed oak" about 8 years ago. We moved to a new home and I needed more. Luckily, Ballard still makes them, so I bought more, and I now own 10 backless and backed coordinating chairs/stools in my indoor Tiki Hut where all my friends hang out! It's great quality and the "rushed seats" are comfortable. My only complaint is that a dime-sized piece of the veneer (or paint?) chipped on the leg of one of the older chairs. But nobody has noticed.

Swivel barstolsI am continually impressed with Ballard Design! I ordered these barstools on a Sunday and they arrived in Louisiana on the following Friday in 3 huge boxes! It took me about 30 to assemble all 3 myself. The style and the quality are both outstanding! They are just as pictured and I ordered the matching seat cushions to complete them. Wish I could send a picture!!

My husband loves this stool!!I had read the great reviews and loved the look, so decided to go for it on these Marguerite counter height stools. They are heavy! That is a good thing, a very solid feel, and so good looking. My husband comments on them all the time, how much he likes them, how comfortable they are. We actually ordered a few more for our bar, same exact ones. Everyone that comes over notices them & loves the look. I very rarely write reviews, but I am just so pleased with this purchase. Great transitional designThe stools are perfect in my white kitchen with bronze accents. The metal on the back tied it all together. A good quality, heavy stool and the swivel feature means we don’t have to pull it back to sit on it. This saves my wood floors from getting scratched.
