You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love This!! My husband and I just got finished installing this chandelier and we could not be more pleased. Gave it 4/5 stars rather than 5/5 as it is not as hefty as I would have thought for the price. We did not run into the problems others had with getting it to hang straight - my husband used a box wrench on something up there and it straightened out just fine. I had a hard time figuring out if it would work in our small dining area, so here are our dimensions for reference: room is 12' x 12' with 9' ceiling. Fixture hangs 33" from bottom of shade to the table. We used 1 of the 12" rods included. Our table is 65" x 44" oval ~ we had to turn the table in the room, as it looked funny under the chandelier width wise. A round table for this room is on my wish list! Overall, VERY happy with this purchase and really like the fact that it is different from everything else out there today. Plus, the shades make it easy to switch up if you get tired of the look, as different colors/patterns would really change it up if desired.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lovely but BIG While this is a beautiful shade, there are very few rooms that it's appropriately scaled to. The drop is very significant, even without any extender rods being used, so you'd need ceilings at least 12' for this to work. Because I had planned to return, I did not attempt to install it, so I can't comment on that element. I did wish I could get it to work but it's just way too large and actually larger than the dimensions presented on the website.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Updated Review After living with this fixture for 5 months, I am changing my rating from 5 stars down to 1. While I still love the look of this fixture, IT DRIVES ME NUTS!!!! It does not stay in one position, twirling at will, especially with the windows open. The style of this fixture is that it looks best if rigid, so, in my opinion, it does NOT work. I now have to negotiate with my husband to find another fixture. Arghhhhhh

The fixture was nearly impossible to install, and especially to install so that the shades and the fixture itself hangs straight. Disappointing.
