After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Service elevator restrictions

Sturdy, well-made, beautiful!Fantastic! This matched my bathroom perfectly. I had to assemble it, but it was super well packaged and the instructions were very clear. I especially appreciated that there were soft washers between the levels to protect the marble. The only downside was that the stickers (label, bar code, etc.) was on the visible side of the marble, but a little GooGone took care of those! It's sturdy, well-made, and beautiful. Thank you!

Nice table but problem with threaded spindleNice marble stand. Only issue was a thread issue with one spindle. The finial could not be screwed on easily without stripping the part. I worked a solution that was not 100% but functional.

Beautiful but slightly problematic constructionI love this piece and it looks very nice in person. The problem I had, was with how this piece was constructed. The bolts/screws that are permanently pre-installed on the ends of the pipes/rods, were installed at an angle. So when you try to screw the two ends together, the pipes are not straight. This made the piece wobbly when it was finished. I forced the pieces together even though I wasn't sure I should or could at first. I thought I should have requested another shipment to replace this, because this thing is pretty expensive to be having a problem like this. Assembly could use better quality control, especially at this price point. My piece is wobbly but I fixed that by putting felt pads underneath the feet.

Looks great in our bathroom...butThe corner table arrived in a timely manner. A few days later I inspected the contents and started the assembly which was straight forward with easy to follow directions. However, upon installing the top marble shelving I noticed a crack that went through to both sides. Not wanting to go through the hassle of disassembling and returning the table I contacted Customer Service about replacing the one shelf. Unfortunately, that was not possible. The whole item would have to be returned. Another corner table would then be shipped to us. Since the crack wasn't that noticeable we decided to keep it as is. The 4 stars is for the table. Ballard Design deserves 5 stars for their customer service. We were refunded a significant portion of the cost! Definitely will continue doing business with them.

Marble corner shelfThe first one I bought broke in assembly. The second one (replaced for free by Ballard) also broke but I was able to get enough pieces together between the two for a whole shelf unit. It’s beautiful and fits my needs great!
