Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I bought this sofa a few years back thrilled that I found a beautiful, high quality sofa that appeared to have cushion covers that were removable and washable. Having two boys under five, this was a must! I understood that the rest of the couch was spot clean as stated in instructions but specifically chose the super white twill fabric because when you hover over the fabric tile choice, it says "machine washable". As it turns out, this is NOT the case. I washed them on cold and air dried and they shrunk so bad and squeeze the cushions so much that there are large gaps on either end of the sofa. It's so bad, houseguests have actually remarked on it. I have tried to no avail to speak with customer service and all I've gotten is, "We regret your experience." This is a beautiful piece but their website is misleading so choose your fabric wisely!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Uncomfortable This is a well-made high quality sofa. But that's about the only positive. It is VERY uncomfortable and narrow. I'm a petite person (5'2" and 95 lbs) and I barely fit on this couch, let alone my much bigger and broad-shouldered husband. The cushions are very stiff and hard. It's not a couch that we can sleep on or even take comfortable naps. I wish I had been able to try it before purchasing. I don't recommend unless you need a nice looking piece that you will barely sit on.
