Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Oversized Handling Fee - $20-$40 per item

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

*Orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands will have additional costs.
Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I drove to the store in King of Prussia to sit on an upholstered piece but there was nothing comparable.I am disappointed as you can imagine to spend all of that money and not be totally happy. I am in the design business and love the look of your pieces. I do not know if I would recommend to my clients. Thank you

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Well..picked this sofa, chair and ottoman out during my wait to return from Hurricane Sandy 2012. I returned home on August 10, 2013. The couch took over three months to receive..of which Ballard kindly deducted the delivery costs and offered me 15% off anything within 30 days (which by the way is a standard sale for everyone). The problem I had is the quality. I'm sure we all have an overweight friend or two. Well I had a friend stop over who sat on one side of the couch. The couch now dips down. I tried changing the cushions weekly...doesn't work. Going to try a save seat cushion board or perhaps just a regular board. I remind everyone that I've only had the couch two months. Sad because I spent so much time picking the perfect color fabric for my decor. The fabric perfect. So my suggestion is find a better couch or thinner friends :(
