After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Great design!These chairs are beautiful and appear well made. They come well packaged and all assembled which was wonderful. My only comment is the color is not as advertised - these chairs are not gray washed - they are taupe washed. The pictures on line show them with a much lighter almost white wash and that is not what they are - definitley taupe and they still work with my kitchen but I feel this should be made clear to buyers.

Simply stunningAs soon as I saw these counter stools, I knew I had to have them. I searched around for a cheaper alternative and I couldn't find anything like them. I went to a Ballard store to test them out to make sure they were comfortable, and they were, so I ordered 4. Delivery was a little dicey-- the tracking numbers did not update properly, and they were delayed several weeks, but once they arrived, they were packaged perfectly and they go so well with my new kitchen. Everyone that sees them says they are beautiful and unique. Absolutely worth every penny. I love that when you swivel, they swivel right back into place so I'm not constantly trying to adjust them. I got the gray wash- and they are a beautiful soft color.

Gorgeous!We ordered 4 of these stools for our new kitchen island. All I can say is Wow!! They are beautiful, heavy and very well made. The only caveat is the plastic caps on the legs really don't do much to protect the hardwood floors. The first time we used them, we had scratches on the new floor! We put felt pads on the bottoms of the legs and that solved the problem.

I love these stoolsMy husband wanted to make sure that we bought stools that not only looked good but were comfortable to sit in. We couldn't be happier. They look terrific and are very well made. They have lots of support and are comfortable to sit in. I have been sitting in one almost all day for the last few weeks as I work from home and am waiting for a new desk. This was my first Ballard Design purchase and I will be back for more.

Fabulous Makena BarstoolsThis review is missing the 5th star only because the color is not at all as light as the photo makes them appear. If the color were lighter, I would have clicked 5 stars. Nevertheless, the color works for us and can probably work for most people! They are well-made, comfortable, and arrived so very well-packaged in one piece. No tools necessary except a Utility knife to cut open the boxes! Thanks, Ballard, for another great product!

Love these stools!I love these barstools. Took a while to receive. But that’s the new “norm” I guess. My only problem is the foot rail curves out and is marking the under cabinets. Will have to watch more carefully. Otherwise, I love the Cain backs and arms. Feels secure for my grandchildren to sit in. I like the lower back look in my space.

Beautiful but color is different than shownI agree with a previous review (which wasn’t posted when I ordered) that the light gray wash color is much darker than shown. Even the floor model in the store was a lighter color. It is still pretty and blends well with our decor. This is one of the few styles of stools anywhere that has both bar and counter height plus swivels, which we needed. I ordered bar and counter stools, got the bar height but the counter height is back ordered until September. The sales person assured me that the color would be the same when they arrived as they are all on the same line of countertop. But they appear to be well made and they swivel back to their return position which is convenient. They will be a nice addition when we finish our renovations.
