Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I purchased these chains and the magnetic drops and instantly updated my fixture. Added a touch of glamour and much more reasonably that replacing the fixture altogether. Magnets are strong and super simple to change around for the perfect look. I love these so much will be ordering another set for more glitz! LOVE them.

I am glad I gave in, there is nothing else like this anywhere for the same quality. They really transform any light fixture! I put the extra ones in my daughters nursery for a more glamorous look! The magnets are strong and the crystal is beautiful-looks real and natural - like it was made that way!

They are just right for my purposes, since my chancelier hangs about 9-10' off the floor and getting to it is precarious. Simply "snapping" them on is perfect! My only caveat is to be sure your fixture is not brass or some other material for which magnets won't work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty Bling My new chandelier had a coating on it. The magnets would not stick to the areas where I wanted to place them. I had read in previous reviews that this would might happen, but I didn't think mine would be "one" they wouldn't work on. You have to buy sets of three. I bought two sets, but most chandeliers only have five arms. You should find a packaging for one prism. Even thou they are pretty, and have nice sparkle, I think they are overpriced and what do you do with the extra prism?

Would prefer if they weren't packaged as a set of three, as I only needed five and have one left over for string of crystals and one drop. Will hopefully be able to use drop on another lamp.

Even though it is not the quality I prefer I will still use it for a different project. For the quality of this item the price should be at least 50% less than what I paid. I have purchased other crystal products from other stores for less money and higher quality products.
