After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

just lovelyvery happy with this purchase. yes, it's WHITE! but it says machine washable. Great quality, color and feelI have been looking for a new coverlet for ages. Needed a true off white - not stark white and not ivory. The white color was perfect - a soft white. The parchment color has more yellow/ivory undertones. It is the perfect weight for our bed. I like the fact that it is washable - although I haven't yet washed it. It is soft and well made. I wish it came in more colors as I would purchase for other bedrooms!

Nice CoverletThis is a very pretty coverlet. I love the size. It is larger than most and I like that it doesn’t end up being short on one side. It is a nice, sturdy weight. It may not work for the middle of summer in the south. I may fold it for the foot of the bed. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Maddie Channel Stitched Shams and QuiltThe shams and quilt are exceptionally made. They are a quality weight and the quilt is quilted on both sides. I had no problem whatsoever with shrinkage after washing and drying per the instructions. One note, the parchment color is more ivory than I anticipated. Still beautiful.

Maddie Coverlet a HitThis product arrived on time and was packed with care. The coverlet itself is a quality fabric and perhaps a bit thicker than I expected. Additionally, I expected the white to be a "bright white". However it is a softer white though not cream, as I considered that I might have received a different color. Once unpacked, I wasn't disappointed. This coverlet lays nicely on the bed and looks crisp and fresh. I am considering purchasing the pillow shams as the bright white shams that I have do not match entirely. Very nice product and one I recommend with confidence.

Stitching snags very easilyI was so happy when I found this coverlet and shams because of the color, bright white, and the stitching definitely adds depth to it. However, it snags too easily. Just laying on it in pajamas can cause snags. Disappointed, for the first time, from Ballard.

Not WhiteThe quality is great and the size and color sent was correct. However, the white is not "white" it's actually a creamy white with a white border. I'm very disappointed because the boarder is a bright white, it makes the body of the cover look dirty since it's a cream color. It costs too much money to return so now I'm stuck with it. I should have read their return policy where they charge you shipping but also return fees. This is the first and last time I will be ordering.

Maddie CoverletNice quality overall. However, as soon as I washed on cold and dried on a low setting, the cotton bunched up between seams, and now the blanket lays very “lumpy” on the bed. It is impossible to get it to lay flat. Not happy.
