What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

A KeeperThis is bigger than expected but very nice for holding 2 or 3 throws or pillows. There are shades of blue, almost from dark teal to royal to navy, depending on the ambient light. This is probably the way dye took on the natural fibers. It works better for my home where there are varying shades of blue than had it been one shade of blue that either worked or didn’t.

Beautiful large storage basketJust like the picture - a beautiful navy basket that holds all my blankets nicely. Mine is slightly misshapen on one end, so I gave it a 4. But it’s not noticeable sitting at an angle filled with blankets so I didn’t return it.

Blue beautyThe basket is a perfect size and holds a surprising number of throws/blankets without looking sloppy. The shade of blue is really very very pretty. The only issue is that ,for my taste, there were too many areas where the color was scraped off and for the price that was disappointing. Honestly as disappointing as that is I just didn’t want to mess with sending back.

Lightweight and off colorI was so excited when I ordered this basket. The color is depicted as a deep navy blue; however, it’s more of a turquoise mix. It was very lightweight in comparison to other baskets I’ve purchased. For the price I was expecting more. I was disappointed and contemplated returning. Instead I stuck it the corner of my room to store our bed pillows.

Poor qualityI have had rhis basket out of the box for about a week. The blue has chipped off of it. I only used to put some blankets in and then set in corner of bedroom. When I pick the basket up, the paint falls off. I’m disappointed with this purchase :(
