After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Beautiful velvet quilt and shamsThe Lucca velvet bedding is gorgeous! I bought the gray, and it blends beautifully with my wall color and drapes. I especially love the light tan trim on all the pieces. I bought both the standard shams and Euro shams with the intention of returning one or the other, but once I had both sets on my bed, I just couldn’t part with either! I am very pleased with the look and quality of this bedding.

Green is GoodI love the olive-green velvet quilt and matching shams. I went for it for Christmastime but now how found a way to take it into spring. It is thick, very warm, and simply the best color. One stitch popped out but when I get a sec, I will find a way to get that back in. I seriously walk by the bedroom door to admire it all made up. Someone said pet hair would be a problem and everything sticks to it. I have 2 white retrievers and so far so good. I just keep anything with fur away from the quilt. It is gorgeous!
