After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Beautiful, worth the wait and every pennyGorgeous mirror! The gold-colored frame feels solid despite being made of resin instead of wood. It has heft without being too heavy to install. I installed it all by myself right out of the box. It was on back order when I bought it but arrived sooner than expected. I love looking at it, especially how the mirror and the gold frame catches and reflects the light. It makes my small apartment look brighter. Definitely worth the wait and the price. An authentic antique mirror in this style would have cost me thousands.

Love this mirror in our newly renovated bathroom!!We purchased this mirror for our newly renovated bathroom and love it!! It is warm and inviting and also very classic. It looks great with the wallpaper we chose and I would highly recommend this mirror for any room! This Mirror is a Keeper!Love this style and the quality is very nice. It is a bit smaller than I was anticipating, but the measurements are correct. I like the finish of the product, and we were able to hang this mirror without any issues. I can't wait to finish styling this wall over my sideboard.

perfect decor piecesI purchased 2 of these mirrors to hang above the night chests on either side of my bed. I placed milky white glass lamps, accented w metal pieces the exact color of the mirrors, on the chests in front of them. When the lamps are on, the light is reflected in the mirrors and casts a beautiful glow. I am thrilled with my purchase!

I wanted an antique silver look and I agree with previous reviewers that it does look more gold in certain light. But overall I love it and am very happy with the purchase. I do want to mention that it doesn't come with any hardware to hang it, so that was disappointing.

Amazing MirrorThis was my first time to order a mirror online, so I didn't know what to expect. They came quickly, and they did a great job packaging them. I ordered two of the gold to place over my bed tables. I was so impressed with the quality, and style. They were easy to hang, and the compliments just keep coming. This French Design Mirror is a Great Buy!I looked for months and months to buy a classic antique french mirror. I found quite a few french mirrors but they were all very expensive, plus shipping from France. When I saw this on Ballard Designs I couldn't believe it. It looks just like the french mirrors I was looking at. The price is great. The mirror is large and goes great over my fireplace mantel. The mirror is beveled which makes it look regal. I'm very happy with this mirror. It's perfect.

Loved it! But not for me.This mirror was beautiful. But the reason for 4 stars is the time frame that I had to wait to get this mirror almost 3 months and then when I received it the glass had a film/ haze all over it and no matter what you did it would not come off. Needless to say the mirror is beautiful and my customer service experience was very smooth and easy I was offered a replacement but I did not want to wait another month it just wasn’t worth it to me to wait a second time for a long period of time and I really needed a mirror. So sadly it went back and the search continues.

Love the mirror, but it’s not silverI purchased the mirror in silver and like another post stated, it’s not silver at all. It’s gold. So just be aware if you are wanting a silver mirror, this one is not. I will be keeping because I like the mirror, but will have to paint it if I use it where I intended to use it. I’m just disappointed that I’m going to have to paint

The only thing I was hoping was that the silver finish was a bit more silver instead of the goldish - silver....

Good purchase for the priceI have the gold Louis mirror and it works very well for my space. I love the beveled mirror and it is a nice size for my space. My only compliant is that the finish is not as bright of a gold as I expected. It is more of a toned down brassy/bronze whereas I prefer a gold leaf type finish. At some point I will probably use gold wax or craft paint to change the color a bit to my liking. It is a great quality mirror. I looked at a lot of Louis Philippe style mirrors and this really can't be beat for the price and quality of the product combined.

Color name misleadingThe mirror itself is of good quality. My issue is the color. It was not silver but rather a gold with a white wash over it. Sort of like a champagne. This is not what I wanted or expected based on the description and had to return it. A waste of my time, money spent on shipping to and from and aggravation having to schlep it to UPS to ship it back.
