We chose the black with white shades. It is clean and simple, modern yet elegant. Also with it being on sale, price is good. It is hard to find attractive fixtures with the trends right now, so this was perfect. The linear shape is great for a rectangular room which most dining rooms are.

Easy to install, my husband and I did it ourselves without power tools. The fixture was packaged very thoroughly so there was no damage in transit.
