You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Fees

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

So far I have not had to take out the glass to clean in the cracks. Crumbs, dust, etc., do not seem to accumulate in that area. Very pleased with my purchase!

Very little assembly needed. Take the table out of the box and put the glass top on. It is a perfect size between two couches. We are delighted with our purchase.

I don't see how anything could get between the glass and the frame unless you pour dirt all over the table. And it feels very sturdy on my carpet too, because the glass is quite heavy. It doesn't vibrate or move when I touch it. Overall, it's a beautiful table with a nice, champagne gold finish. And though it's on the larger side, it doesn't feel so because it's glass and not wood. Timeless piece!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Regret This Purchase Immensely/ Buyer's Remorse We were so excited about this coffee table and searched for months before deciding on it only to be filled with disappointment and regret at having spent this much for a table that is poorly constructed. While the overall design concept is very nice, the construction and engineering are sub-par. Because the spread of the table is so wide and there is no center support, the table constantly shakes and vibrates when it is touched or when you are cleaning it. In terms of cleaning the glass, this too is a nightmare. Because of the way the channel is cut for the glass top and the way the glass sits in the channel its basically a magnet for any dust or crumb and to lift the glass out to clean it is a tricky operation. It's one of those items that fill you with regret and disappointment every time you look at it. We are actually donating it to charity or just putting it on the street for someone to take. Better to spend more for a quality piece. I wish I had read a review like this before making the purchase. It would have saved money and mental energy.
