Rated 4 out of 5 by KatHoeAl from Love the rug-string chemical smell We just received our rug. It’s gorgeous but has a very strong chemical smell. We are hoping it will air out so we can put it in our home. That’s the only disappointment. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Ballard was kind enough to send a replacement rug when we had similar issues with the first one thinking it was a fluke…unfortunately it seems to be a quality issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Arrived Damaged I bought an 8x10 and 9x12. Both rugs arrived damaged. The 8x10 had a hole in the backing, which allows the loom to unravel. The 9x12 was cut in packing in two places, which has caused the loom fibers to unravel. The rugs were very expensive. I am working now with Ballard for a refund. I will update.
