You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Expedited Shipping

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

Truck Delivery

  • Items are unloaded by the driver and placed inside the first-floor doorway, garage, or covered area of your choice.
  • If the home is a multi-dwelling building, the items will be delivered inside the residence.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries


  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

I absolutely loved the look of this mat when it was given to me...but within weeks, the cream-colored background had turned a very unpleasant and dark shade of grey. (It IS a kitchen mat, after all, and I have two young children.) Wiping it with a damp cloth, with a sponge, with a little natural all-purpose cleaner - nothing worked and it became, rather than a focal point because of its calm look, a focal point because of its filth. Well, I just called customer service, and it was reported to me that the product specialist, who apparently owns one of these same mats, cleans hers in the following way: take it outside, get it a little wet, pour Dawn detergent (for sink-washing dishes, not dishwasher detergent), and use a scrub brush to scrub it in. Let it sit a few minutes, hose it off to rinse. I just did this on my FILTHY mat (I actually did it twice) and it looks GREAT now. I hope some of the previous reviewers see this - there is hope! Still though, very annoying that the product specialist doesn't bother to add this cleaning regiment to the product description on the website, plus it's a pretty rigorous process just to clean a mat that should be able to be wiped off. Very pretty design.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Gorgeous..... But.... I have all of the bedding which I love! Ordered 2 of the mats a couple months apart for the kitchen. One still looks decent. The other which was in our 2nd home that was barely used is one hot mess. Almost impossible to clean. Not happy for the price we paid. Very comfortable to have under your feet though in the kitchen. My hubby is going to try one more thing and if it doesn't work then to the garbage it goes....sad
