After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Gorgeous rug!I bought the 8 x 11 Lewis rug and Spencer stripe drapes with the brass bamboo rod for my daughter's bedroom, but decided to use them in our small 10 x 13.5" office instead. Wow! My husband and children love the results and I'm pleased with the quality of this beautiful rug!

A rug that can go many ways!Colors are just the same as pictures represent...as mentioned in other reviews the red is more cool than warm. I like that it has grey and blue-gray too. Surprisingly, there are warm colors in rug too: gold,a warm cherrywood brown,and a splash of warm blush. The quality is more than I expected!

Fantastic RugI had been looking at this rug for months and when it finally went on sale I didn’t hesitate. The colors are not as shown. Rather than a vibrant red, it is a rose red. The colors are more muted than shown. However, this didn’t affect my love for this rug as I was looking for it to be the centerpiece of the room and it certainly is. Most happy.
