What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Versatile canape, salad or dessert plateI originally purchased a set of 8 leopard plates back in the winter. They look so beautiful on my dining room table - and coordinate with all six (yes, 6) sets of china, that I decided to order another set. This way I can use them for capapes and appetizers when entertaining. The colors are very versatile, I LOVE them mixed with my Grandmother's dainty floral china, as well as my own simple Lenox Eternal pattern that everyone has. I always get compliments on these dishes - I wish Ballard would make more pieces - perhaps coffee mugs and a few serving pieces like platters and large serving bowls - they really do add a "boho" touch to any elegant table!

Cheetah dessert or salad platesI love these plates in my China Cabinet mixed in with my antique white china that is rimmed in gold. It gives it a spark of class that goes well also with one of my cheetah chairs at the end of my dining room table. They are great plates for desert on those special occasions too that always adds to the conversation in a wonderful way!

Love Them!Beautiful, chic, and very classy looking. There are cheaper versions from other stores but these are really elegant. I haven’t used them a lot so I don’t know how they’ll stand up to lots of dishwashing, but so far I’m very pleased with them.
