After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.

Cut, Comfortable, great priceThese chairs are comfortable and cute. I read some reviewers complain that they felt a little cheap with how light weight they are. They are light weight, but for the price (a great deal), I thought they were decent quality. They don't feel like they will crack or break. None have tipped over either, and we have 3 small boys who sit in them.

This is a Lovely Chair!I have looked far and wide for a chair of this "style" with the thatched seats and it is absolutely a lovely chair! You can certainly add a cushion if you like, but it is not necessary. It is solidly built and a beautiful addition to either a kitchen or dining room. Definitely quality!! I had an issue with the tone of the grey and I contacted Ballard Designs and they simply exchanged them. They were gracious about the matter and their Customer Service representatives are wonderful. Do not hesitate on these chairs, you will not be disappointed!

Very niceI bought the rubbed grey finish chairs and I love them. They are not too bulky or heavy. I would advise that you purchase chair cushions (which I need to do), as the rush seating can be a little uncomfortable if you happen to be wearing shots.

Perfect for my small space!I have recently downsized my living space. One thing I gave up is a formal dining room. 4 of these chairs, along with the 42" Sydney table make the cutest little dining "area". The chairs are small but comfy--even for guys. I chose rubbed cream, and it is a pretty finish that will let me accessorize with any color. Chairs have pads that protect hardwood flooring, and not one of them wobble. Came well packaged, assembled and ready to go. Thanks, Ballard!

Search is over!We had a small (3' x 5') cypress kitchen/dining table made by a local craftsman and needed smallish chairs to compliment the table and work with our decor. We also wanted lighter weight chairs. These worked out beautifully! Very well made and comfortable as well; I'm 5'6" and my husband is 6' and we are both very pleased with the way they sit. They do sit a tad high, so like other reviewers said, you shouldn't use seat cushions or they will be too high. One reviewer said their chairs fall over randomly when no one is around. Don't see how that happens...sounds spooky! Anyway, we are so glad we made this purchase!

Beautiful little chairs!I bought a set of these in the black to match a round black table in my large foyer and they are beautiful! Excellent quality, shipped fast, and arrived fully assembed and in perfect condition. We are bigger/heavier people and I was nervous that these chairs would be too light weight to handle our size/weight, but they are rock solid! Great buy for the price and perfect with my "french country/cottage" decor. Very pleased with this purchase!

Well Made, Great Design, Extremely ComfortableWe bought these chairs online, to complement an antique French Country dining table and sideboard, and they are wonderful! Not only do they work well visually, but they're incredibly well-made and were superbly packed. We also stopped into Ballard's Tampa shop to see the accompanying cushions, and were so impressed with the quality and fabric, that we ordered a set of four.
