After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Perfect counter stoolsI received my rubbed grey stools this week. I love them. They are a unique color. I needed a change from white/off-white. I looked everywhere for interesting stools-online and in stores. These are the best. They came assembled and very well-packed. Not a scratch on them. I like the distressed touch-not too much, just enough. This was my first Ballard purchase, but will now be a go-to.

Good Product for My NeedsI bought the brown wood version of these stools to replace white ones I'd had (which really showed fingerprints etc and needed constant cleaning). The wood solved that problem, and the color is a mellow brown that doesn't look out of place next to granite. For comfort, I put chair cushions on them, which help carry the country French décor scheme. The wood material is a composite of some sort. It looks fine in an informal setting, but don't expect a "real wood" look or feel. These are more practical for our high-use kitchen counter seating.

Great PurchaseWe are happy with our purchase of the Lemans Stools. They fit well in our kitchen as they are not too large or cumbersome. We have just downsized from a large home with the idea of making our surroundings more manageable. The Lemans Stools are lighter than those we previously owned and fit under the counter nicely. Additionally, the are sturdy and comfortable.
