You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful chandelier, impossible to hang level Like many of the other reviewers, my husband and I found this chandelier ridiculously difficult to level. Spent at least two hours futzing with it and almost compromised our marriage. The issue is the design - the three diagonal rods simply hook into the chain at the top and the chandelier at the bottom. One rod contains the electric and is heavier than the other two, which means it is not self-leveled and needs to either be weighted or adjusted hundreds of times. Pretty sure it is only level from the one vantage point of our kitchen, but I want to save my marriage so we won't be messing with it any longer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not typical Ballard quality Does not look brass, more of a light yellow color. Lots of exposed screws/joints. Looks like I could have bought at Lowe’s. Does not hang evenly no matter what my master electrician does. I ordered green shades and was sent white… not sure how to go about fixing that nor the uneven hang. Do not recommend this sadly, as I usually absolutely love my Ballard purchases.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing chandelier Loved the look of this chandelier, but was greatly disappointed in: the quality of the brass; that it had two unsightly metal plates on the top of the ring; and that it didn't hang straight, and it's 25 wt.- maximum-per-bulb, didn't provide much overall light. It also arrived with a slight dent in the ring.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Absolutely horrible quality!!!! Do not buy! I bought this light fixture more than 6 months ago , and finally three days ago it arrived on the door step! I was ever so excited for my husband to put it over our kitchen table. Sadly it was a complete fizzer! The light fixture is welded together poorly so when hung( it’s also unbalanced, so it hangs tilted!)one can see the messy unattractive joins. It is incredibly lightweight and looks very cheap. I’m very disappointed with this light and usually have had great success with items from this company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't hang level I have to agree with the other review, this thing is really difficult (impossible?) to hang level. We ended up having to hang one bar up higher on the chain to get it to level. I wouldn't recommend this product. I saw another person posted a picture of this chandelier on Instagram and I asked her if she had trouble with it and she said the same thing. Avoid this chandelier.
