The instructions don't show how, nor does there appear to be a way, to open the top of the ball so that you can charge it. It's ludicrous. Doesn't anyone at Ballard do quality control? Returning

Second, absolutely terrible instructions on how to charge the sphere. Can not open the item to plug in a charging cord as there is no instruction on how to open without 'breaking' it open. On sale for a reason. Very frustrating and will be returning.
