After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:

Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.

Cute But Buyer BewareThese tea light holders are a lovely addition to the table or as accents. I have used them all together on the dining table, mantle and separately as accent pieces.
When I got them, I was pleased to see the pads on the corners so I didn't have to worry about damage to my furniture. Much to my surprise that happened anyway. The pads left a greasy residue that I cannot get off of the finish of an accent cabinet. I have set them on glass and painted surfaces which they didn't seem to harm. All my attempts have failed to get the residue off of the finish. Photos attached.

You can't get away from the stink!First the tea light holders are so lovely and elegant, but the smell! It's so bad. I put them outside on our covered patio area and they still smell awful. Someone in our family asked why our outdoor area smelled like a petting zoo and they were 6 feet away from the tea light holders. When I opened the box from Ballard Design I could smell them through the packing material. I'm so disapointed because I bought these to give as a gift.

Very nice in appearance but smell awful.Bought these after admiring them in my daughters home. She’s had them for about a year.
Upon unwrapping them the odor in the package and the items was overwhelming. Very metallic chemical
smell. Left them outside for days with no change, tried wiping down with many different cleaners.
They still smell bad. Planned to use them in a small alcove to the master bedroom and have had to change the plan to a more open area. It’s been a month now and we still smell them walking by the area. Noticed that recent buyer reviews, which are shown last, mention this problem as well.
Something which smells this bad can’t be good for humans.?

Cute but smell absolutely terribleI thought these were so cute and was so excited to get them in the mail. However, the stench on these is so terrible I feel like I’ll have to throw them away. I’ve tried to air them out, leave them in the sun, use a vinegar wash, nothing helped. I have them in a ziploc bag in a closet and I can STILL smell the stench. Such a bummer!

Danger!Warning in that these are beautiful tea light holders but they release a horrible chemical smell that does not go away. It has permeated my beautiful oak dining table for over a week, after I've tried multiple treatments to take the smell away. Currently have moved the table outside to a 3 season room and opened all the windows in the hope that the smell will dissipate. Am concerned for my family and my health. Had a sore throat, headache, etc. last week and am wondering if it is from the tea lights. I work at home, so am around them all day.

super cute but the smell, grossBought these super cute candles but it came with a disgusting odor from them or a lingering stench from the packaging it came in that I cant get rid of. I have washed them and aired them out outside for days.They still smell awful! My husband wants to throw them away, it's that bad!

Didn't like the finishThis the first item that I have purchased from Ballard that I was disappointed in. The actual candle holders do not look like the picture in their catalog. They were very dull (not matte) and almost looked discolored. I returned for a credit, which they promptly and graciously handled.
