What To Expect ForTruck Deliveries
After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
Narrow roads
Restricted delivery times
Gated entrances
Proof of insurance requirements
Multiple flights of stairs
Service elevator restrictions
Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.

Extreme Comfort and StyleThis is a great chair! We bought it to be my husband's chair. It is incredibly comfortable, not overly large but plenty of room to fit all sizes. I love the look and the comfort. My husband fits well in the chair and he loves how comfortable it is. Bonus was it was delivered very quickly. The only downside I would say about this chair is the leather scratches very easily.

Just the right chair for our space.The quality of the chairs is very good. They really fit in the space we have. Previously we had chairs with Ottomans that took up too much room. Sit Back and RelaxAt our house we have tall people with different proportions- people who are “all legs” and people who have longer torsos than legs, and everyone finds this chair comfortable. Awesome Recliners!The Layla chair is very comfortable for myself and my husband. I like the fact that they look like accent chairs but are recliners since my husband did not want to give up his other recliner until I found another. My sister has a larger family and they found them comfortable as well. The leather is soft and the color is great. I got the lighter color. Would definitely recommend these recliners.

Expectations Met!This chair turned out to be everything I hoped it would be. The leather is soft and comfortable. The chair is roomy but not too large. It looks like a chair not a recliner. It reclines and returns easily.
Installing the back does require two people. It went together well and the back leather fit perfectly.
Ordering this chair without seeing it in person was a concern. Ballard did a great job representing the chair and all my expectations were met.
