Great looking wall planterI was looking for a wrought iron planter to hang on the wall of my front porch. I came across this and made the order. I'm very pleased. It's a beautiful piece, very elegant looking, and is made of high quality materials. Note that it is brown in color, thus it doesn't match black wrought iron perfectly but that's fine with me. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful and substantialThis is a nice, sturdy planter that looks great in my front patio entryway. Do drill some holes in the metal liner if you are planting real plants in it, and it can drip on the ground. Had been wanting for a while, glad I finally got it!

ELEGANT!We hung the planter in our entrance way and it looks beautiful! My husband spray painted it a darker bronze to match our other metal decor and we absolutly love it! I filled it with geraniums, ivy and wisteria and it just makes it look all the more impressive!

Love It !I ordered this wall planter to use on a wall near my front porch. When it arrived, I thought it was too beautiful to use outdoors but I filled it with small ivy plants and flowers, hung it and it looks great by my entry! As recommended in other posts, I drilled drainage holes in the bottom of the planter container box. The small six-inch nursery pots that the plants came in fit perfectly into the planter container box - eliminating the need to plant directly into the box - this will make it easy to remove/change the plants in the future. I am very satisfied with it and would highly recommend it - it arrived in perfect condition and the quality and appearance are great - I've had many compliments on it.

Needed paintOK . . . it is beautiful ONLY because I painted it black before I hung it. It was advertised as "rust color" which I thought would be pretty BUT it was a burnt ORANGE color and not rust ~ not attractive at all. I have black accents here and there in my yard so I decided to paint this black and it is GORGEOUS now. I love it. I still give it a 5 star rating because it added a perfect touch to my porch and I got it on sale which was terrific of you BD!!!

Beautiful and well madeThis planter looks lovely on my outside patio. It is heavy but we secured it to the siding of the house just fine with heavy outdoor screws.

Fabulous PieceIt took several weeks to get this, but it was definitely worth the wait. The metal work is very handsome and well constructed. I mounted to a brick wall with anchors and it looks stunning. Be prepared; it is rather heavy.

So pretty!The La Reine planter is even prettier in person than in the catalog. It is very well made and super heavy. We had to drill into our stucco to hang this, and it is not going anywhere, even if a tornado were to hit! The removable planter made it easy to figure out what plants to use--I simply took it with me to the garden shop. They recommended drilling some drainage holes, then putting in a layer of stone for drainage before adding dirt. It's only been up a few days and we've received lots of compliments! We hung it on our front porch, in front of one of the side windows next to our door so that we can enjoy it inside and out. Love, love, love it!!!!

Very nice addition to my yardI was thinking about buying this planter for some time and went ahead with the purchase this year. I have it on a brick wall filled with geraniums and various hanging greens - beautiful! It is fairly heavy and I did put some drainage holes in the bottom. It is a high quality item and you won't be disappointed.

It was packed for shipping with great care and lots of padding in the box, however there were a few scratches on the planter box. Turned it around and filled it with a plant. Beautiful!

Lovely!I absolutely LOVE this planter!! I bought it to replace a beloved planter made of latticed bamboo which was, sadly, beginning to deteriorate after many years of use. The La Reine Planter has such graceful scrollwork and is beautifully made. It is a smashing success in my garden and should last a lifetime!
