If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's where our "Love It or Send It Back" policy comes in. If you're dissatisfied with your Ballard purchase for any reason, you can return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or full refund* (excluding Shipping & Processing fees).

You are invited to try items within our Best of Ballard collection risk-free for 30 days. If you're not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price AND shipping costs. Best of Ballard items are exempt from additional discounts and free shipping offers.

If you don't absolutely love your new slipcovered seating or upholstered seating for any reason, return it within 10 days of delivery absolutely free – we'll even pay the return shipping. It's that simple. We guarantee it. Now doesn't that make you happy?

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • Some items only ship via In-Home Truck Delivery.
  • With our In-Home Truck Delivery service, the item will be brought inside in your home, unpacked, placed in its final destination, and packaging materials removed.
  • Assembly is not included.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice, big knob for holding drapes This purchase is the second pair of these tiebacks that I've purchased from Ballard Designs. That should tell you something about how much I like them. You can simply gather the fabric and the big knob will hold it beautifully - no long rope or piece of fabric needed to hold back your drapes.

Iseing them pn a 2 panel window is ridiculous! Then they take the eye off your curtin due to the lpng syem needed to hold aside several curtins !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Classy classy tiebacks don't let the size scare ya These knob tiebacks are absolutely beautiful and stunning I noticed that some people said that they were big and bulky! But they're not they're not at all! You need to know what kind of curtains and how many panels to use them with ! one woman stated that she wanted her curtains to be the center of attention not the tie backs the problem is is that you can't put these tiebacks on two panels or even four panels they look ridiculous and yes they will take the attention away from the curtain these particular tiebacks these knob tie-backs are for 6 panels and up because you need that length of a tie back to hold the curtains back and at that point your curtains will be the center of attention so keep that in mind they're absolutely beautiful. Very very classy looking and they're perfect so if you think they're going to take the attention away from your curtains yes they will if you're using just two to four panels! that's ridiculous ! So they will look ridiculous and they will take the attention away from your curtains again these are for 6 to 8 panels and up! and then they look absolutely beautiful and gorgeous and classy end of story! Another fantastic classy-looking item by Ballard!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too big and clunky I needed something simple to hold back my Ballard curtains, which I love. This is the second set of tie backs I’ve returned. These are just ridiculously and awkwardly large and I want my curtains to be the eye catching statement, not the tie backs which are twice the size of a door handle.
