We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 90 days of the ship date for an exchange or refund (excluding Shipping & Processing fees). All products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact our Customer Service department at 1-800-536-7551 and a representative will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

Please note: Any items that are monogrammed, customized, Customer's Own Material (COM), or made-to-order cannot be modified, cancelled, returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective. Defective items will be exchanged unless no longer available, in which case a Merchandise Certificate will be issued. Once a returned item is received in our warehouse, the return or exchange will be processed immediately. For credit card orders, you can expect to see your refund credit within 72 hours. For check and money orders, you can expect to receive your refund check within 7-10 business days.

Orders equal to and under $200 will be charged 15% of the total order value.

Orders over $200 will be charged 10% of the total order value with a cap at $350.

All shipping charges are based on the original retail price of the product prior to any discounts being applied.

Expedited Shipping

Delivery Time

We offer Two Business Day or Next Business Day Expedited Shipping on many items. Expedited orders received by 4 pm ET Monday–Friday are shipped the same day.

Expedited order cut-offs may vary during weeks surrounding a federally recognized holiday.

Rates start at $25 for Two Business Day and $35 for Next Business Day and increase based on the size of your order. The amount will be calculated at check out or call us for a quote.

  • On many larger items, like furniture, you have the option to upgrade the delivery experience to In-Home Truck Delivery.

What To Expect For Truck Deliveries

  1. After your items have shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner to schedule a day and 4 hour window for your delivery.
  2. When scheduling, share any restrictions or special circumstances that could impact your delivery including, but is not limited to:
    • Narrow roads
    • Restricted delivery times
    • Gated entrances
    • Proof of insurance requirements
    • Multiple flights of stairs
    • Service elevator restrictions
  3. Ensure that all items will fit through access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, and around corners into the desired location.
  4. On the day of delivery, our delivery partner will call you approximately 30 minutes prior to arriving at your home.
  5. Please prepare for your delivery by ensuring clear pathways and removing any fragile items that could be damaged during the delivery. Our delivery provider is unable to move any existing furniture.
  6. Our delivery experience is contactless and your signature is not required. If you observe an imperfection, notify the delivery team and either refuse the item or contact us at 888-263-9850 for a resolution.

Thank goodness my painter was working at the time of delivery because the packaging (king) was too difficult for one person to navigate. I would recommend this item without hesitation.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty headboards! I love the twin head boards , they look beautiful! The only reason that I’m not giving 5 stars is that we were unable to attach the headboards to the bed frames. The screws were off by about 1/4” too wide to attach.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good but could be a little better for price It is large and pretty. For the price I wish it was a little more sturdy and more filling behind the fabric. Kind of soft but looks good. It was difficult to tighten but maybe that was our frame.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love it EXCEPT for the spot… Well worth the wait of six whole months! I am giving this 3 stars because it did come with a spot that is luckily covered by pillows. We had the white glove service and I watched them take everything off. The spot was definitely there prior to wrapping. Being seven months pregnant and without a headboard for so long, I didn’t want to risk waiting another six months to receive another. So yes, I love it and am disappointed with the spot but not enough to return. If it wasn’t covered with pillows that would be a different story.

I would not have ordered the headboard if I had been told up front how long it would take. The date kept changing by a few weeks at a time - for months. Frustrating. Headboard is lovely but the wait and the lack of communication or apology surprised me.

I thought it would go away but it is still there after many weeks. I can hide most of it with pillows but you can still see some of it. Plus I know it is there. Considering how expensive the headboard was I’m disappointed.
